Miya Folick – Fist

Miya Folick’s latest single, Fist, is an unfiltered release of anger, trauma, and healing—one of the most intense moments from her upcoming album, Erotica Veronica (out February 28 via Nettwerk).
The track, a preview of her self-produced album Erotica Veronica, isn’t subtle—it’s a raw excavation of generational pain and personal fury. Folick’s voice shifts from fragile whispers to a 10-second volcanic roar, a cathartic middle finger to trauma. She wrote it by candlelight in what she calls her first real home, which feels ironic given the song’s unhinged energy. Production-wise, it’s a gritty guitar-driven storm, with collaborators Sam KS and Meg Duffy adding layers of chaos. The album, out February 28, tackles queerness in heteronormative spaces, but “Fist” is less about subtlety and more about setting emotional dynamite. North American tour dates start in April.
